Pues parece que eso de diversificar mis actividades escalatísticas está teniendo efecto...el codo que me ha hecho recaer este otoño parece mejorar a pasos agigantados (desde que pongo en práctica las técnicas mencionadas en el anterior post) Así que la motivación vuelve y con ella las agujetas...ayayayyy..que duro es volver, y más haciendo algo nuevo como el Bloque...he descubierto músculos nuevos y todo en mi cuerpo gracias al dolor!! UF!!
Charli and I were there, Angelillo, Raulito, Poet, the Moro, Carlos Gallego, Carlos Carlitos (Carlos many!), Goin, Virginia, Heidy, Mulero (q not fit in the hole .. jjaja! ... And Abraham to 22 with slightly yellow jerseys chosen for the occasion (thanks Chairman). The best, the laughter, the grips, chained Raulito (the always tachador), the hit free (to tear you apart even more), dragged several, some wine night and secured a commitment to repeat! Next year we will raise the level and pass the "Rock Hipertextil tryp" wherever there is good rock and good friends!! (while we're makina a rapid return to Albarran guarredaos blocks to cross if the end .. no ... I'm enjoying it!)
