How To Get Rid Of Stretched Labias

Gharbi Classification Scheme

Classification Gharbi : schema c / ultrasound representing our cases. Early in the provincial rules update 2009.

Type I (hyaline): membrane is demonstrated perfectly germination (differential diagnosis with simple serous cyst)

type II (membrane peeling) undoubtedly be seen and is pathognomonic of liver hydatid cysts. The most frequently seen in monitoring patients treated with albendazole as a single treatment, rarely in natural evolution.

Type III (multivesicular): image cartwheel or honeycomb. Also pathognomonic, differential diagnosis must be made with liver cystadenoma (has walls and sometimes taste, and images are pseudovesicles and not so rounded)

type IV (heterogeneous, predominantly solid): is the most difficult to differentiate in the ultrasound (Sometimes isoecogénicos: similar echogenicity to the liver). The content is provided by detritus, remnants of membranes, being definitva as mashed peas). The differential diagnosis must be made with other primary or secondary lesions of the liver. The posterior enhancement on ultrasound and its composition in the liquid part guides us in favor of a hydatid cyst (of course in addition to epidemiological data.)

Type V: image calcium.
